d) the categories of personal data include, among others: telephone number, address, name, function (decision-maker) and email;
e) the recipient of your personal data may be entities processing data on our behalf based on a data processing agreement and cooperating entities and entities obliged to do so under the provisions of law
f) Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization;
g) Your personal data will be stored for the purpose of handling the order process, marketing activities and for contact for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent to data processing;
h) you have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion or restriction of processing and the right to object to the processing, the right to transfer data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, by sending an e-mail to the following address: biuro@bzbprojekt.pl
i) you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the EU Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR)
j) providing personal data is voluntary, but the consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to process the order, conduct marketing activities and commercial contact
k) decisions made regarding the data will not be made in an automated manner, including profiling based on the principles resulting from the available marketing tools in order to prepare the most appropriate commercial information for you, in accordance with the privacy policy provided to you.
